To help us to serve you promptly, we ask that you please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the relevant paperwork. Your appointment will consist of a comprehensive examination, professional clean and polish, fluoride treatment and any necessary X-rays. These X-rays will help our dentists screen for tooth decay and other conditions such as gum disease, impacted wisdom teeth or cysts, which aren’t visible to the naked eye.
Following your examination, our dentists Dr Peter Marinovic, Dr Anthony Lazarou and Dr Cassandra Wee will always take the time to thoroughly discuss your oral health and explain any particular treatments that they may recommend for you.
Your appointment will take approximately 45 minutes.

Your dentist will prepare a detailed treatment plan which outlines the recommended treatments for you in order of priority. It will include the costing and number of appointments required, so that there are no surprises. Your dentist will discuss this recommended plan as well as offer alternative treatment options to suit your needs.
Bring your health fund card to your appointment so we can process all health fund claims instantly using our HICAPs machine for your convenience. If you have had any recent dental x-rays (less than two years old) we can assist you in transferring them to our practice from your previous dentist. To find out exactly how much your health fund will reimburse you on each of your upcoming visits, we can simply swipe your health fund card through our HICAPS terminal and get an instant quote. We like our patients to be informed!
We understand that many people may feel nervous about going to the dentist. Rest assured that our dedicated and caring team will do everything they can to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable during your visit.
Our clinic has noise-cancelling headphones if you prefer to tune out the sounds around you. There’s even a television on the ceiling for you to watch.
To ensure your comfort during appointments and treatments, we also offer oral sedatives and nitrous oxide (happy gas). For more complex treatments we can even bring in a specialist sedationist to administer an IV sedative so that you feel like you’re sleeping throughout the entire appointment. Please let us know if you have any concerns about your treatment, so that we may talk you through the various options available to you. The more relaxed you feel, the more efficiently we can complete your dental treatment.
